Network Cameras:
The Network camera contains an intuitive web-browser interface that allows the user to configure the image and network settings of the surveillance camera. Other features typically included :
Motion sense with sensitivity adjustments.
Motion Masks (to eliminate false triggers).
Email images based on motion, or digital input to camera.
FTP image transfer based on Motion. Or digital input to camera.
Digital Input and Outputs used to trigger event, or trigger the
output based on an event.

What is required
Power Connections:
Wall plug power supply or POE (power over Ethernet) in some cases.
Network Connections:
Hardwired Cat 5 cable connection to Network Camera, or Wireless.
External:
Some IP cameras require a lens selection.
An outdoor enclosure can be used in most camara IP outdoor installations.
