While the free surveillance software used with either the Vivotek, or IPX brand cameras don't include all of the same features found in our other security camera recording software packages, they still offer enough features for basic IP camera monitoring and surveillance.
Night vision is another important feature that is build into some of our network cameras via a mechanical IR cut filter that is moved out of position in low light conditions, allowing the camera to utilize infrared light.
